Destination Education is seeking dedicated Primary School Teaching Assistants to join our wonderful team and support Primary Schools across the lovely area of East Finchley, London. Our agency holds long lasting relationships of up to 15+ years with a large cluster of Primary Schools across the borough. We are a leading education based agency specialising in providing talented Teaching Assistants to schools either on a part time, full time or supply basis.

About the role:
As a Teaching Assistant with our agency, you will:

• Have the flexibility to choose your assignments and work schedules.
• Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lesson and activities.
• Provide one to one assistant to students who may need extra support.
• Gain valuable experiences working in different school environments.

�Requirements:

• A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability and the ability to thrive in different education settings.
• Relevant experience or qualifications in education or childcare preferred but not required.
