🍎 Job Opportunity: Primary Teacher
We're looking for an enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join our dynamic team starting in September. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed professional who is eager to make a positive impact on the lives of primary school students.
Position: Primary Teacher
Start Date: September 2024
Duration: Long-term, Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons across a range of subjects in accordance with the national curriculum.
- Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and fosters a love for learning.
- Assess student progress through regular formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students, including those with special educational needs (SEN) and English as an additional language (EAL).
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross-curricular projects and enrichment activities that enhance the overall educational experience.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant subject area (PGCE/QTS preferred).
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching primary-aged children, with a solid understanding of pedagogical approaches and classroom management strategies.
- Familiarity with the national curriculum and a commitment to delivering high standards of teaching and learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues.
- Dedication to continuous professional development and a reflective approach to teaching practice.
- Hold a child-only enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to undertake a new one.
