Supply Desk are currently seeking a passionate Primary School Teacher for an exciting new role in the area of Little Missenden. We are looking for someone who can create an environment where all the children feel safe and are encouraged and have the opportunity to be engaged with lessons and are able to learn and grow.

About the role:

• Using precise teaching objectives and assessing optimal methods for delivering them to students.
• Designing clear, well-structured lessons aligned with the Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• Planning captivating and interactive lessons that hold students' interest and foster learning.
• Providing supportive guidance to students in a manner that motivates each individual to overcome challenges.
• Enhancing and maintaining progress by identifying individual learning styles.
• Cultivating a learning environment that empowers students to reach their full potential.
• Keeping abreast of updates and developments in the national teaching curriculum.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have recent experience in teaching primary schools
• Strong knowledge of the Key stage 1 and Key stage 2 curriculum
• Degree and QTS Desirable (Unqualified Teachers also welcome to apply)
• Be a committed team player
• Be confident and adaptable to different environments
• Have strong classroom management skills
• Able to commute to Longwick and the surrounding areas
