Flourish Education are recruiting a flexible and hardworking Primary Supply Teacher to join our team, to work in a variety of Primary schools on a day-today supply basis in the Stratford-upon-Avon area.
As a Primary Supply Teacher, working with Flourish will give you the opportunity to work the days that you want and at schools you want to work in. Working at Flourish will give you great flexibility and a better work/life balance.
You will, however, be expected to deliver pre-planned lessons effectively and mark students' work in line with each school's policy. You will have high expectations of the student's behaviour, work alongside the class Teaching Assistant and create a positive learning environment.
This role is to start after the Easter holidays.
Require skills and experience for this Primary Supply Teacher role:
Hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply.
Build effective relationship with pupils and staff.
Effectively manage the behaviour and engagement of the children.
Deliver pre planned lessons, in an engaging and creative way to your class.
