Job Description:
We are currently seeking qualified teachers to join our pool of supply staff in Northampton. As a supply teacher working across all primary years, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and inclusive lessons to students in line with the national curriculum. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to choose when and where you work.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons that cater to the diverse needs of all students.
Maintain a safe and positive learning environment conducive to academic and personal growth.
Establish effective rapport with students, staff, and parents to foster a collaborative learning community.
Adhere to school policies and procedures, including behaviour management strategies.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
Experience teaching students in a primary school setting.
Experience working with the UK National Curriculum.
Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to adapt to different classroom environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility and availability to work on a daily supply basis.
