About the Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with reception class pupils who require additional support due to additional learning needs.
You'll collaborate with other Teaching Assistants and senior leaders to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Your role will involve providing focused interventions to support pupils within your subject specialism (Maths, English, Science, Humanities, or Psychology).
Monitoring pupils' progress and reporting back to senior staff will be an essential part of your responsibilities.
Requirements:
Relevant qualifications and training for this role are essential.
