They will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), have a proven track record of successful teaching across a range of key stages and fundamentally believe that all students will be able to succeed in Music.If you are passionate about innovative education, have a commitment to personal excellence, and are ready for a new challenge, we welcome your application.Further details are outlined below.Aims of the ProgrammeFor every pupil to access high-quality tuition free of charge.For every pupil to read music by the time they reach Y6.For every pupil to be thoroughly prepared to achieve a Grade 1 in their chosen instrument.Scope of the Programme The programme will be offered to every pupil as part of regular curricular arrangements. We believe that by developing pupils’ musical ability we support them in enhancing other key skills as well as their social and cultural capital.To provide pupils and families with the best provision we need to add capacity and expertise. The post holder would work across both primary academies and lead on the curriculum provision and, by January 2023, have a clear programme in place.
