Role: Primary Class Teacher

Location: Bournemouth

Salary: Competitive (based on the teacher scale - MPS/UPS)

Start Date: Immediate start and September 2024 start

If you are seeking a more flexible teaching career, there are opportunities to support schools through providing cover, whether this is a short or long- term basis. This would enable you to experience a range of year groups and schools, providing support for a variety of classes when needed.

Requirements:

• Teaching Certification (QTS or equivalent)

• Solid knowledge of the primary school curriculum

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Patience, adaptability, and an authentic passion for education

• Ability to craft engaging and inclusive lesson plans

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver creative and captivating lessons that cater to diverse learning styles

• Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration

• Implement effective classroom management strategies to create a conducive learning atmosphere

• Assess and track pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents

To work with GSL Education as a Primary Class Teacher, you should:

• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
• Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education
