Sancta Maria Hospital is in the exciting position of recruiting a Primary Care Business Development Co-ordinator. We are looking for a driven individual who is self-motivated and will ideally have a marketing, sales and/or events background. Equally as importantly, they will be personable and keen to learn within a complex but exciting private healthcare sector. We are looking for someone who is customer focused and likes to succeed, with the ability to engage with a variety of customer groups.As the only private hospital in Swansea, we offer a wide range of procedures carried out by a number of our leading consultants and as a not-for-profit organisation, Sancta Maria hospital is passionate about putting the patient first and developing a centre of excellence for patient care.This is an exciting time to join the team at Sancta Maria Hospital as we continue to develop our services within our state-of-the-art private hospital situated in the SA1 area of Swansea.

The Primary Care Business Development Co-ordinator (PCBDC) is responsible for driving hospital activity to meet annual targets across private payors through the delivery of marketing events and customer liaison campaigns.This includes developing effective internal and external working relationships with private customer groups, enabling the successful individual to identify key opportunities within the hospital. You will also have responsibility for working with the central team to produce marketing material, improving product awareness and increase sales in line with required activity.This role requires a close working relationship with the internal customer service team to ensure the activities undertaken have a clear and measurable pathway through the hospital systems.The role will encompass aspects of both Sales and Marketing with the understanding of how to measure success of each activity in line with the expended resource.Full Job Description and Person Spec is available to Download HMT recognises that it's staff represent the single most important lever in delivering quality care and change as care and treatments evolve.
