If you would like to help build the future, we hope you will join us on our journey.Fastmarkets is owned by global private equity firm Astorg, a specialist investor in healthcare, software, technology, business services and technology-based industrial companies.To lead Fastmarkets’ pricing operations team in their governance of our all-important data, ensuring the processes and best-in-field database that underpin our strategy are of the highest standard across the business and in the on-boarding of pricing data from acquired companies – and that they are clearly understood, continuously improved upon and adhered to.Principal AccountabilitiesLeads and manages the global pricing operations team, ensuring seamless and uninterrupted availability and support throughout the 24-hour pricing scheduleRefines and champions a single set of standardized and centralised processes across the team and the wider business,reducing errors and streamlining workflow.Drives operational efficiency by actively engaging with users, translating their evolving needs into tangible and impactful enhancements in our best-of-breed pricing databaseEnsures consistent compliance with regulatory oversight by implementing robust control and monitoring procedures.Collaborates with stakeholders to continuously improve practices and adapt to evolving compliance requirements.Co-ordinates and implements updates and refinements with our Risk & Compliance team, Development team and editorial directors, ensuring regulatory adherence.Scopes out pricing process at acquired companies; leverages that understanding to help craft operational roadmaps to migrate pricing to our systemsCo-leads the integration of acquired pricing data into our database,ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to clientsDelivers expert guidance on procedural queries,new database featuresand pricing instrument changes,empowering users and fostering a successful pricing ecosystem.Troubleshoots and prioritises urgent pricing issues,minimizing errors and maintaining data integrity.Captures and analyses insights from pricing operations administrators to identify error sources and proposes actionable solutions,driving the continuous improvement in the quality of our data.Manages UAT testing of our pricing processes and technology, meticulously reporting findings and ensuring thorough quality control.Carries out final approver training for our pricing database; and maintains best-practice guidance, documentation/mapping and supportOversees a centralized pricing calendar and updates to methodology documents,ensuring comprehensive, transparent and up-to-date guidelines for all pricing.We recruit talented, dynamic people with diverse backgrounds and experiences, all united by a belief in our mission to provide the world’s leading and most trusted price reporting, events, and intelligence service for the markets we serve.
