We are recruiting for a press shop supervisor in the Wednesfield area. This is an opportunity to be a key member of a well established engineering Company. Overall, the ideal candidate for this role would be a confident and experienced leader with a background in press machine operations and a track record of successfully managing teams in a manufacturing environment.

Role of press shop supervisor

• Using computer systems creating charts and graphs


• Supervise and coordinate the activities of shop floor personnel


• RTW, Disciplinaries, other HR duties


• Monitor workflow to ensure efficiency and productivity


• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions in equipment or processes

Press shop supervisor Details:

• Salary: �30k-�35k- starting


• Working Hours: 7:30am-16:00pm


• 12:30pm finish on Fridays


• Monday to Friday


• Location: Wednesfield


• Duration: Permanent
