Job Title: Press Brake Setter Operator

Location: Redditch

Hourly Rate: £14.00 per hour + Overtime + Pension + Bonus

Hours: 7-4 Monday to Thursday and Friday 7-2

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and operate press machines to ensure optimal performance and quality output.


• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine machine settings and adjustments.


• Program tooling to meet specific production requirements and optimize efficiency.


• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to keep equipment running smoothly.


• Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of orders.


• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

• Proven experience as a Press Setter Operator.


• Proficiency in tooling programming and machine setup.


• Strong technical understanding of press machines and manufacturing processes.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
