We currently serve over 640,000 patients across 66 GP practices nationwide.For a complete understanding of this opportunity, and what will be required to be a successful applicant, read on.Job DescriptionLocation: LambethThe post holder will be a qualified pharmacist holding an independent prescribing qualification, who acts within their professional boundaries as part of a multidisciplinary team consisting of GPs, ANPs, Physician Associates, Paramedics and First Contact Physios.You will receive continuous professional development through our nationally renowned GP-led training programme, as well as focused training to develop your digital clinical skills.Your support network will include a clinical supervisor and an extended admin, management team.
