We are actively seeking an experienced Premises Officer on behalf of our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for the upkeep, security and overall management of the premises, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all.

About You:

Previous experience in a similar role is preffered
Strong problem solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressureAbout the Role:

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the premises
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs
Coordinate with external contractors for repairs and maintenance
Ensure security protocols are followed and manage access control
Maintain records of activities and incident reports
