We are actively seeking an experienced Premises Officer on behalf of our client.�The successful�candidate will be responsible�for the upkeep, security�and overall�management of the premises, ensuring�a safe and welcoming environment for all.�
About You:�

Previous experience�in a similar role is preffered
Strong problem solving skills�
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills�
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure

About the Role:

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the premises
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs�
Coordinate with external contractors�for repairs and maintenance�
Ensure security protocols are followed and manage access control�
Maintain records of activities and incident reports
