Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an established preconstruction team. Reporting to the Head of Preconstruction, you will be instrumental in assisting in the securing of new work, leading and contributing to bids, providing advice on constructability, programme and quality deliverables. You day to day work will be identifying win themes, client drivers and barriers with the aim of producing the highest quality bid submissions as part of a larger tender team. Furthermore, you will provide support to Estimators in determining construction methodology with minimum unquantifiable risks as well as supporting the operations team by providing pre-construction material for tender as well providing support to the Contracts Manager & Commercial Lead.
The Successful Applicant:
We are looking for an individual who has extensive New Build Construction and Civil Engineering experience across multiple disciplines. You will have worked in a similar role and have the skill to produce clear and concise written methodologies and explanations of technical solutions with the ability to analyse and evaluate bid requirements as well as creating persuasive content. Ideally you will have experience of working with ASTA Powerproject.
