Now Hiring: Pre-Sales Product SpecialistWe are looking for a Pre-Sales Product Specialist for this c lient facing role. It will involve collaborating closely with the Product and Integration Teams. The successful candidate will be supporting clients before, during and after onboarding, take part in planning and executing POCs, technical pre-sales, rule configuration and review etc.
Our optimal candidate will ideally have experience working within Trade Surveillance. Primary Responsibilities Include: Support Pre-Sales workflow from in-depth product demonstration to completion of the client onboarding processWork closely with the sales team to qualify the suitability of client workflows to SteelEyeWork directly with clients to identify and build relationships with workload owners and capture detailed business workload information, requirements, and goalsWork with clients to maintain clear expectations about onboarding processesWork alongside the Project Manager, Pre-Sales, and Product Teams to translate workload information into a well planned actionable integration planAssisting with keeping the Pre-Sales collateral up to dateHelping with RFI/RFPsHelp the salesforce to drive sales to a successful conclusion through relationship building and becoming a trusted advisorRaising and tracking JIRA ticketsDetails:JOB TITLE:REPORTING INTO: Head of Pre-SalesLOCATION:LondonSTARTING SALARY:CompetitiveSTART DATE:ASAP Key skills and experience: Ability to calibrate, analyse, and explain market abuse rules to customers Technical onboarding with previous Business Analyst or Technical Project Management experience
Understanding the financial regulatory landscape (MAR, MiFID II in particular)
Good understanding of the financial services industry, business practices, and operations, including a detailed understanding of instrument and trading data and the lifecycle of a trade
TCA knowledge
Strong ability to create, draft, and maintain detailed technical documentation
Experience in business development, product development, sales and support at SaaS based software companies
Experience in client facing roles
Deep understanding of industry best practices and guidance related to regulatory compliance
Key skills and experience: Ability to calibrate, analyse, and explain market abuse rules to customers Technical onboarding with previous Business Analyst or Technical Project Management experience
