Practice Nurse

With very reasonable workloads, regular breaks for catchups and coffee with the team this practice does not shy away from offering a supportive and collaborative MDT.

The new role will receive excellent support from a wonderful PCN network and GP Partnership.

Primary Care experience is essential.

Salary - �39,000 - �45,000 per annum FTE + 5 weeks annual leave + NHS pension

Your role -

• Practice Nurse from 20 - 30 hours
• Two - three days a week
• Work autonomously and as part of a team
• Oversee all treatment room duties including travel vaccinations, warfarin monitoring, baby and adult imms, vaccinations, smears, wound care, dressings and more
• Manage long term conditions including asthma, diabetes and COPD
• Primary Care experience - REQUIRMENT
• No extended hours!
