Practice Manager

We are seeking an innovative, supportive, and compassionate leader to join our Learning Disability Service Management Team. Could this be you?As a Practice manager, you will support our service managers and senior practitioners, both registered and unregistered, to continue to provide high quality, dynamic and person-centred services to adults with a learning disability across East Sussex. Services include respite, day services, supported employment, shared lives, supported accommodation, supported living and community support. The Practice Manager will oversee an agreed area and bring knowledge and experience, as well as creativity, diligence, and resilience to the role. This role is pivotal in ensuring our services support individuals to live fulfilled lives, maximising independence, and autonomy wherever possible.You will bring excellent communication skills, knowledge of managing budgets and a sound working knowledge of social care legislation and CQC requirements.We are looking for candidates who:Are committed to providing high quality servicesAre organised and able to manage complex workloadsHave an understanding of dynamic risk managementAre able to meet the travel requirements of the postThe successful candidate will join a supportive and established team at a time of exciting development for our services.
