You will drive your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing high-quality patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
You will lead a team of support staff, including nurses and receptionists, and engage with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
You will manage compliance and meet the requirements of our regulators
