Practice Manager - Family Support & Safeguarding Team

Middle management can be tricky, with many local authorities naming different jobs different titles making it tough to know what you will be doing when you get there. For this role you will be helping lead a team of 5-6 social workers in an Assessment team (section 47s etc) You will be reporting directly into a manager who has worked in the authority for years, so will be extremely well placed to help guide and settle you into the post.Flexible working (phone and laptop provided)Stable perm teamInitial 6 Month contractProgression OpportunityDue to the nature of services at the moment, they are looking for someone who has previously managed at this level, overseen social workers and held supervision in an Assistant Team Manager/Senior Prac post.
