Dental Practice Manager required to Come and join to work in this clinic, located in Ruislip.Ideally you will have proven experience in a managerial and team leadership role and you should be able to demonstrate an understanding of how to drive growth and operate effective day to day financial and operational management.Start date: ASAPPosition is to work Full time:Monday and Thursdays 7:45am – 5:45pmTuesday and Wednesdays either 7:45am – 5:30pm or 11am – 8:15pmFridays 7:45am – 4:15pmAlternate Saturdays 8:45am – 1pm or 3pmDental practice experience/clinical knowledge would be required.EssentialOverall responsibility for ensuring effective day-to-day financial and logistical managementProviding leadership and management to both clinical and non-clinical staffOverseeing the smooth and efficient running of the PracticeDealing with RotasMaintaining Practice policesGood level of pay, according to experience and range of benefits. The practice are looking to offer £30-34kThis is a reputable 6 surgery clinic, Busy mixed NHS & Private practice.Busy newly refurbished NHS & Private practice ( NHS children only ) With modern equipment in place, including ITERO scanner and Digital OPG.
