A values driven partnership, currently have a list size of just over 20,000 patients across 3 GP Practices serving older people, people with long-term conditions, families, children and young people, working age people, those who circumstances may make them vulnerable and those experiencing poor mental health.

An innovative practice keen to keep up with the pace of a changing NHS. Examples of this are starting group consultations allowing them to support more women through the menopause and, their work on demand and capacity resulting in the recent move to digital patient triage so that they can ensure appointment slots are used most appropriately.

There is a strong emphasis on education as they are a training practice.

Large team led by seven GP Partners, two Practice Managers, 1x Deputy Practice Manager and an Operations Manager.

Your Role/Main duties:

• 24 - 30 Hours Per Week (Condensed Hours available)
• Human resources
• Policy and planning
• Management of financial resources
• Finance forecast strategy (Expertise in finance is a big desirable for this role)
• Management of information technology systems
• Partnership management
• Management of operational systems
• Management of premises, equipment and stock
• Care Quality Commission
• Patients services
• Primary care network
