What’s the role?
We are looking for an exceptional, highly motivated, proactive, detail-oriented Senior Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, growth environment. Together with our Creative Director and MD, you will lead our key relationships, facing into Owners/Founders and CEOs, ensuring a world class service experience and achievement of outstanding results. You will be responsible for delivering best in class communications for category leaders in premium health, wellness and lifestyle, bringing stories, innovation, research and studies to life.
In this role, you will:

Work with Directors and Account team to deliver consistent excellence and impactful results
·
Partner with Founders and Senior Managers to ensure the smooth co-ordination of the relationship
·
Deliver against PR & Communications strategy and quarterly KPIs
·
Utilise relationships with top tier media to consistently secure strong coverage
·
Lead on Activation ideation, budgets, logistics and outcomes with key clients
·
Nurture the Account team, developing performance and providing career counsel
·
Oversee PR Campaigns and production of all releases, plans, briefing documents, commentary, reporting and relevant copy
·
Partner on Communications planning, strategy, creative media ideas and broader initiatives that require comms support
·
Work with the team to capture industry trends and material competitor information
·
Lead Client progress calls and Agency internal progress/strategy meetings and calls
This role would be a good fit if you:

Have proven client management experience within PR Agency

Have a good industry network and relationships with Tier 1 media

Are highly organised and detailed oriented, with excellent relationship, planning and project management skills
·
Are in tune with the news agenda and can spot and react to news opportunities
·
Are driven, ambitious and commercial with an obsession for client service
·
Have Team management and development experience, overseeing and driving performance
·
Proven track record of successfully implemented PR campaigns
·
An authentic collaborator and team player with a point of view
·
Are a Polished presenter, virtually or in person with senior stakeholders and media
·
Have brilliant interpersonal skills with an approachable, friendly inclusive mindset
·
Can work quickly and efficiently without compromise on quality
·
Can effectively analyse complex data and interpret it for a range of audiences
