ID 3544 Job DescriptionYou’re a growth-focused PR Director with big ambitions. We’re a global integrated agency with an ambition to scale our PR department to new heights. Together, this could be the start of something very exciting. As our new PR Managing Partner you’ll play a pivotal role in helping us capitalise on the significant growth opportunities that exist both within existing clients and new prospects. You’ll work closely with our brilliant new business team, and partner with our MD and Earned Media Creative Director to shape compelling responses to opportunities, that captivate clients and win business. It’s a newly created role, so one you can truly make your own.

You will need to demonstrate a passion for storytelling, expertise in earned media and in applying latest techniques to deliver meaningful work with commercially relevant results. You will need a keen eye for the detail coupled with a strategic view of where your clients should be heading. And your pitching/presentation skills will be on point!

In summary, as Managing Partner, you’ll:
• Have a background in recognised PR agencies, working on high-profile accounts.
• Bring a demonstrable track record of leading and winning pitches.
• Be someone clients instantly warm to, with an ability to quickly establish rapport, trust and collaborative relationships.
• Lead by example, inspiring and motivating your team (& wider agency teams) to deliver better and more effective work.
• Build strong relationships internally & externally, founded on trust, honesty and that desire to make clients famous within their markets.
• Have a curious mindset that’s always looking for ways to improve what we’re doing and to seek opportunities to expand the remit of activity with clients.
• Take a partnership approach to developing mutually profitable, long-term client relationships.
• Demonstrate a good strategic capability with the ability to interrogate opportunities and present thinking with clarity.
