Job Title: PR Manager( Regional Role ) (Marketing Department)

About the Role: As the Regional PR Manager within our Marketing Department, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing PR, media relations, and press office activities across our regional offices. Reporting to the External Communications Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Corporate Communications team to ensure the alignment of communications strategies with regional objectives. Your responsibilities will encompass strategic planning, content creation, media engagement, and reputation management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the media relations strategy across regional offices, including proactive and reactive communication efforts.
  • Liaise with local office heads and fee earners to align communications activities with business plans and objectives.
  • Create compelling content, including press releases, articles, and thought leadership pieces for various media channels.
  • Cultivate relationships with regional business media and key stakeholders to enhance the organisation's profile.
  • Coordinate activities to position our spokespeople as experts in local markets and safeguard the reputation of the brand.
  • Manage awards submissions and media awards activities for regional offices.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Communications team to produce multimedia content supporting PR and media relations efforts.
  • Utilise measurement and evaluation techniques to demonstrate ROI and maintain updated coverage records.
  • Ensure regional PR activities align with the organisation's Responsible Business strategy.

About the Team: Our Marketing team, consisting of dedicated professionals, plays a vital role in driving marketing and business development initiatives across the organisation. The Corporate Communications team, headed by the Communications Director, comprises specialists in various communication domains, including investor relations, media relations, and internal communications.
