Are you a driven professional looking to advance your career?WE HAVE THE ROLE FOR YOU!!We are working with a global sales, marketing & communications agency, who are actively seeking an ambitious individual to embark on a new journey as Business Development Manager in the UK & Ireland.They are searching for a dynamic leader brimming with enthusiasm, a zest for learning, and an appetite for business success. While experience with a Tourism Marketing and PR Agency is preferred, they welcome applications from candidates with strong background in product, marketing, or partnerships within prominent tour operators, tourism boards, or hotel companies.Key responsibilities:• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, lead the team in creating and executing marketing and sales strategies.• Evaluate existing Tourism accounts to identify growth areas.• Prepare pitches and RFPs for new and existing clients.• Build relationships with new clients, understand their needs, and develop proposals.• Conduct market research and analyse competition to adjust strategy decisions.• Develop, implement, and manage strategic marketing plans.• Organize top-class industry events on behalf of clients.• Grow the department and strategically lead the business development of the• Report to the General Manager on business development performance and collaborate withother departments.Skills & Experience:• Minimum 10 years of experience in the tourism industry with personnel responsibility.• Higher university degree or equivalent qualification.• Extensive personal network within the UK & Ireland tourism industry, and a strong network of contacts with tourism boards, cruise companies, and hotel companies.• Ability to work under pressure, fostering a team spirit, and coaching experience.• Charismatic, and resilient to changing environments and client's request.• Self-driven, dynamic, and passionate about the travel industry.• Outstanding written communication and presentation skills.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish and French is an advantage.• Knowledge of MS Office Products, and other relevant platforms (Canva, etc.)• Enthusiastic and eager to improve.• A leader capable of empowering, motivating, and coaching the teamThe package:• Competitive salary depending on experience.• 21 days annual leave increasing to a maximum of 25 days, excluding bank holidays• Company IT equipment provided.• Working with a professional & positive team• Multi-cultural working environment• Great promotional opportunities as the business grows.Interested?Please click APPLY or contact
