If so, we are seeking a talented and experiencedCommunications and PR Specialist to join growing team.Advantage Resourcing has partnered with a leading UK wide franchise business working in the healthcare sector and is looking for a PR and Communications Manager to work with a very rewarding and award winning business.Key areas of the role:Develop and execute comprehensive communications and PR strategies aligned with company goalsCreate, manage, and approve a variety of engaging contentCultivate strong relationships with media outlets, franchisees, partners, and stakeholdersEnhance brand visibility through favourable media presenceDevelop and maintain key messages for internal projects and media engagementsManage online reviews and ensure brand consistency across platformsStay abreast of industry news and government reforms to inform strategic decisionsCraft persuasive award entries and manage social media presence for executivesCollaborate with external agencies and partners for project successHandle media inquiries, schedule interviews, and provide coaching for spokespersonsImplement crisis communication plans when necessaryEvaluate and report on the effectiveness of communications campaignsDesign and deliver training sessions for franchise network membersProofread and finalise internal and external communications materialsSupport internal communications initiatives and manage change management processesManage communications and PR budgets and resourcesOversee the growth and development of the offline marketing teamThe business is in North Liverpool, commutable from Liverpool Centre, Crosby, Formby and other areas of the North West with a dedicated Railway station and access to free parking also.Benefits include a competitive holiday scheme, Salary sacrifice company pension and salary sacrifice EV scheme and hybrid working typically with 2 days from home per week.Please use the apply button to submit your CV and be considered for this vacancy.
