7+ years of PR experience – to be considered, agency experience is a must.
A good commercial understanding – campaigns support the sales team.

A knack for creative ideas and strategic thinking
Experience working with big organisations.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver against KPIs.
A self-starter with creative flair, who is a devil for the detail and the ability to give the client confidence in all campaigns!
Efficiency and attention to detail should be second nature. As should building first-class client relationships and managing multiple big-budget projects. You’ll be considered, robust and unflappable.
Managing a team of four, you’ll work closely with the agency’s MD. This is a home-based role with weekly travel to London to work with the team, plus plenty of client interaction and events.

Moxie and Mettle is a UK-based recruitment company and our clients are based in the UK too. Although many clients offer remote or hybrid working, there is still a need to regularly visit company offices and clients in the UK. Therefore, applications from overseas are unlikely to be successful, unless applicants already have plans to be in the UK several times a month/year to facilitate meetings with both the teams and clients.
