Zeno is a DJE Holdings Company.We’re on the hunt for an Account Director to join our Technology team and help run programmes with high-growth global B2B technology brands.We are looking for a star with energy and tenacity; somebody who can live and breathe our values (Ambitious, Kind, Inclusive, Entrepreneurial, Collaborative, Fearless). Candidates will need to be creative, highly organised, mindful of deadlines and able to multi-task across a busy to-do list. Key traits they’ll bring include:-Experience in leading busy B2B and corporate PR programmes (UK and regional/global) for established and scaling technology brands-Expert knowledge of technology and business media, with top tier contacts, an understanding of how media strategies are developed and executed, and the enthusiasm to motivate teams to drive successful media programmes -Understanding of the technology, cultural and geopolitical landscape and how this impacts communications strategies-Experience in running regional hubs for technology brands, with an understanding of how to motivate spoke teams and run processes flawlessly-Strong writing and editing skills across a range of content (e.g. bylines, comments, media pitches, social media posts) -Appreciation for how earned media fits into the broader communications mix, and enthusiasm for thinking beyond media (owned channels, influencers, social, events and other routes) to reach audiences -Confidence in providing fast advice and counsel to clients and teams-An interest and ability to make and hold strong personal relationships with clients, contacts and colleagues -Ability to manage both up and down and organising their own and others’ work to ensure client success-Experience in driving elements of new business responses in partnership with senior teamThe role sits in our Technology practice, a team primarily focused on the B2B technology space and working with brands including Lenovo, Zoom, ServiceNow, Google, Snowflake and more. The ideal candidate will have experience with recognisable, high growth enterprise technology brands and be adept at showing how their innovations are having an impact beyond hype cycles. Being able to find a creative spark to put a new spin on technical stories and well-trodden subjects is also a must. This hire is as much about attitude as it is experience.As well as working with key clients, you will play a key role in new business pitches and must be experienced in this area – comfortable in collaborating on, and contributing to, pitch proposals and be a cool, confident presenter. Zeno operates a matrix structure, so there may also be opportunities to work with brands outside of the technology space.£47,000 - £51,000 a yearSalary range could vary depending on experience.
