PPC Specialist

We're on the lookout for a skilled and results-oriented PPC Specialist to join our growing performance marketing team in either our Leeds or Hull office. You'll be responsible for managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns to achieve performance marketing goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, launch, run and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising platforms.
Plan PPC campaign strategies alongside other marketing channels.
Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify the most effective targeting strategies.
Craft compelling ad copy that resonates with target audiences and drives conversions (experience with ad copywriting preferred).
Leverage your analytical skills to monitor campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimisations.
Generate insightful reports that communicate campaign results and key metrics to clients.
Stay up-to-date on the latest PPC trends and best practices.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a PPC role.
Google Ads & Analytics Certification (mandatory).
Experience working within a marketing agency (preferred).
Proven experience managing PPC campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
A good understanding of how PPC fits into a wider digital marketing strategy.
Excellent research and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
