Our team is the driving force behind our role as our customers’ personal holiday expert -The smart way to get away.The impact you’ll haveReporting to the Head of PPC, the PPC Manager will lead the PPC strategy for our new markets. This role is pivotal in establishing loveholidays as a global brand, driving customer engagement and revenue growth through tailored and localised paid search strategies.Oversee and manage international PPC campaigns across various search engines and marketplacesDevelop effective PPC strategies to optimise ROI, drive traffic, and increase customer acquisitionMonitor and analyse performance metrics to forecast trends and plan PPC budgetsWork closely with marketing and wider functions to align PPC campaigns with ongoing promotions, launches and the strategic growth directionStay updated with PPC and SEM trends and industry standards to keep loveholidays at the forefront of developmentsDrive significant growth in market share and brand recognition through effective management of PPC campaigns and upper-funnel activityExpert, hands-on knowledge using PPC technologies and tools - most notably Google Ads and Microsoft AdvertisingDeep understanding of the customer journey, and ability to use this knowledge to optimise campaignsStrong skills in keyword research, segmentation and bidding strategiesProven track record of effectively managing multi-market, large advertising budgetsExperience with A/B testing to optimise campaign performanceExcellent communication and presentation skills to effectively report campaign results to team and stakeholdersNot necessary but would be desirable to have:Familiarity with SQL for data analysis and insightsKnowledge and understanding of the travel sector, including customer behaviour and seasonal trendsExpertise in German language would be a plusPerks of joining us:Other than an amazing environment for you to grow, have impact and show the world your incredible skills, we offer the following benefits:Company pension contributions at 5%Individualised training budget for you to learn on the job and level yourself upDiscounted holidays for you, your family and friends25 days of holidays per annum (plus 8 public holidays) increases by 1 day for every second year of service, up to a maximum 30 days per annumEnhanced maternity/paternity leaveCycle to work scheme, season ticket loan and eye care vouchersAt loveholidays, we focus on developing an inclusive culture and environment that encourages personal growth and collective success.
