Flourish Education are looking for a supply Cover/PPA teacher to join one of our schools from May 2024 until the end of the academic year. The school is based in the Wolverhampton area and is currently looking to recruit a teacher to work across various year groups across both Key Stage One and Two. Someone who has good subject knowledge and experience within a range of year groups would be needed. This is a supportive school and has a great internal staff team.
This role would be ongoing starting after May half term and is a Full-time Role but they would consider someone on a part-time basis with a job share.
Responsibilities of this supply PPA teacher Job role:
Teaching a range of classes across Key Stage One and Two
Follow the planning left by the class teacher.
Follow the school's Live marking policy.
Build relationships with the pupils, parents and staff.
Attend CPD relevant to the role with other teachers/staff.
Full-time (5 days), long-term role until July 2024
Required skills and experience:
Qualified teacher status (QTS) ECT are encouraged to apply
Good subject knowledge
Flexibility to teach across a range of Primary classes.
Experience as a teacher in KS1 or KS2
Able to liaise with and delegate other staff.
A DBS on the update service or issued in the last 12 months.
Minimum of 2 excellent references required.

Actual salary of £130 and £175 per day (£25,935 to £34,125 for full academic year)

The teacher role is based at a school in the central Wolverhampton area and is easily accessed by car or public transport. There is on-site parking for teachers and support staff within the school.
