Powered Access Engineer

Experienced powered access engineer required. Our client is an established provider of powered access across the central belt of Scotland and is requiring a field service engineer to service and maintain powered access equipment across the central belt of Scotland. The ideal candidate must have relevant experience in a similar role and be based within a commutable distance to the central belt of Scotland.

Driving licence required for this role.

Powered Access Engineer Position Overview

• Maintenance and servicing cherry pickers, scissors lifts, forklifts and other powered access equipment
• Attending customer sites to attend breakdowns and undertake planned servicing and maintenance
• Keeping service and maintenance records up to date
• Covering the central belt of Scotland
• Coordinate on site repairs and maintenance work
• Ensure all safety regulations and company policies are adhered to
• Mainly a field-based role but occasionally will be the need to work in the workshop in Glasgow

Powered Access Engineer Position Requirements

• 3 years' experience and knowledge in a similar role
• Open to taking on apprentices who has just finished their apprenticeship in powered access
• Strong knowledge of powered access equipment
• Prepared to travel throughout the central belt of Scotland
• IPAF CAP training desirable
• UK driving licence essential
• Within a commutable distance of the central belt of Scotland
• IPAF ticket required

Powered Access Engineer Position Remuneration

• �45,000 Salary
• 42 hour working week (Mon-Fri 8-5.30)
• 34 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays
• Door to door pay
• Overtime available
• Company vehicle
• Sick pay
• Pension
