Power BI Reporting Developer

Contract Power BI Reporting Developer required for a leading financials client in Wilmslow. Cheshire Rate: £350-375 per day Outside IR35 Duration:6mths Location: Wilmslow. Cheshire (Onsite 3 days per week) Interviews: ASAP (Face to Face interview dates next week)
We are looking for immediately available Power BI Reporting Developer to be on client site in Wilmslow 3 days per week to begin with.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, design, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for business users.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain data models, ETL processes, and data visualisations.
• Monitor and maintain the performance and security of Power BI reports.
• Collaborate with the IT team and other stakeholders to ensure the data is accurate and consistent.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for Power BI reports and processes.
Key requirements:
• Proven experience as a Power BI Developer
• Strong experience in SQL
• Experience in data modelling, ETL, and data visualisation
• Knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and other Power BI features
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Someone who can hit the ground running and needs minimal supervision
• Someone who has excellent customer facing skills and able to collaborate with different teams across the office.
