Powder Coating supervisor

Meridian Business Support is recruiting for a Powder Coating supervisor. The role includes
Key Tasks:
Help lead the Powder Coating Team by example by promoting a safe, clean, and tidy working environment.
Ensure all NCRs are logged and preventative actions are put in place.
Report faults to the Production Supervisor and Maintenance Team.
Ensure all Team follow the Job Specification.
Help ensure that all outputs are Right First Time.
Carry out Toolbox Talks with the Powder Coating Team.
Liaise with other Team Leaders on the shift.
Support the Senior Management Team.
KPI Measures:
Meeting / exceeding of production targets.
Health & Safety Statistics.
Quality statistics.
Key Requirements for Role:
Ideally some people-management skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic planning and organisation skills.
Ability to follow powder coating procedures.
Ideally FLT License. Person Specification:
Powder Coating experience.
Previous experience supervising a Powder Coating Team.
Familiar with modern manufacturing processes.
Hardworking.
Flexible approach.
Quality-minded.
Detail- conscious.
Self-motivated.
Can do attitude.
Team-worker.
