Portfolio Supervisor

We are searching for a motivated and ambitious Portfolio Supervisor to join a market leading renewable energy organisation based in Reading, who will assist the Solar PV Rooftop Manager.

If you are an excellent communicator, have great organisational skills and are confident dealing with customers and clients in person and over the phone, this is the job for you!

Job: Portfolio Supervisor

Location: Reading / Hybrid Working

Salary: �28,000 Per Annum

Team: Service Delivery Team

Portfolio Supervision Responsibilities:

• Administering daily communications with asset owners and customers
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls to confirm appointments and communicate with clients as well as participate in face-to-face meetings and conference calls with customers
• Work closely with field-based engineers, processing engineers job sheets and booking subcontractors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and serve as the primary contract for client-specific matters
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions in line with client requirements and contract objectives
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Expand business opportunities with existing clients and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with direct and indirect teams to prepare monthly, quarterly and annual account status reports
• Create and manage invoicing as requires.

Portfolio Supervisor Requirements:

• Excellent communication and organisational skills, and has the ability multitask
• Great customer service skills and confident speaking to clients on the phone and in person
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and can work in an efficient and timely manner
• Experience working with CRM systems and MS Office Suite, Word and Excel
