As the Portfolio Manager at W/Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's future by leading the portfolio management process, training sales on the portfolio and working with sales and the leads to develop strategies to expand our market presence. You will be responsible for implement a light touch portfolio lifecycle, running our sales portfolio engine, artefacts and working closely with marketing and technical leaders to maintain those artefacts.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a Portfolio Lifecycle Manager who will be responsible for the following tasks:
Manage the portfolio of products and services that we offer to our customers, ensuring that they are aligned with our strategic goals and market needs.
Coordinate with the portfolio & capability leaders to plan, execute, and monitor the portfolio lifecycle process, from ideation to retirement.
Develop and deliver sales and marketing materials, such as presentations, brochures, and webinars, that showcase the value proposition and benefits of our portfolio.
Train and coach the salesforce on how to effectively sell and position our portfolio to the target segments and customers.
Provide regular reports and insights on the portfolio performance, customer feedback, and market trends, using data and analytics tools.
Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience across the portfolio.
What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate for this role should have the following qualifications:
Experience in portfolio management, product management, or pre-sales in a similar industry or domain.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade various stakeholders.
Knowledge of the portfolio lifecycle process, best practices, and tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team, managing multiple projects and priorities.
Creative and analytical mindset, with a passion for innovation and customer satisfaction.
