Overview:To assist the RUO Sales and Marketing team in delivering growth for the business segment's globalproduct portfolio in line with the market sector strategy.Essentials:Product Management• Product data entry for new introductions within internal and external information management systems• Product data maintenance including new information, pricing, descriptions, specifications, images, etc.• Product accuracy audits and quality checks• Serve as central point of contact for cross-functional teams (internal and external) involved in the new product launch process and portfolio management• Support product launches and go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with overall portfolio objectives• Support internal teams to ensure readiness for product launch and ongoing successContent Creation and Collateral Development• Work closely with marketing teams to create compelling product messaging, sales collateral, and marketing materials• Assist in development of product documentation, including product brochures, FAQs, technical notes, and collateral for eventsMarket Research and Insights• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand market trends, customer needs, andcompetitor strategies• Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product positioning, messaging, and prioritizationPerformance Tracking and Analysis• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to product portfolio and selling strategies• Analyze portfolio performance to identify areas for optimization• Prepare reports to evaluate success and provide insights relating to product portfolio performanceRepresent Avanti at conferences as neededDesirables:Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and comfortable working with large datasets- Intellectual skills and motivation to learn new concepts and processes quickly to adapt to the needs of thebusiness- Ability to communicate within multiple levels of an organization as well as within different global cultures- Able to effectively and independently manage workload ensuring that projects and tasks are delivered on time- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, with proficiency in other data management tools a plusExperience and Educational Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline is preferred with relevant experience of 3+ years.Application Information:Croda recognizes employees as our strength and the diversity they bring to our workforce are directly linked to our ongoing success.
