With a base salary of £35,000 pa - £40,000 pa + Commission in a collaborative and social team based in London.Role: Polish Business Development ManagerKey Responsibilities:Generating new business opportunities and develop relationships with clients in the Polish Market.Develop sales strategies for new customer acquisition.Build and manage a portfolio of prospects and clients.Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.Negotiate contracts and ensure client satisfaction.Participate in events and collaborate with internal teams.Requirements:Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken).Proven experience in sales/business development in the Polish market, preferably in IT or similar industries.Quantifiable Tech Sales or Recruitment excellence.Proficient with CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Leadership experience or ambition to progress into management is a plus.
