Duties of the Podiatrist
Provide assessment, diagnosis and implementation of individual treatment plans for patientsProvide specialist podiatry input to all patients that fall within their specialist field of expertiseActively promoting self-management on all activities of daily living
Requirements of the Podiatrist
Qualified podiatrist i.e. Degree or equivalent within PodiatryRecent experience within podiatryRegistered with the HCPC as a podiatrist to work in the UKNHS experience would be advantageous but not essentialNeed to be a car driver ideally as community caseload.Looking for experience in biomechanics, wound management, nail surgery (not essential).
