Join us as a PMO Quality and Assurance Lead where you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and many of the industry's most brilliant minds.The RoleThe PMO Quality and Assurance Lead will provide guidance and best practice in project management assurance and support the growth for QinetiQ's 2nd line PM assurance capability. You will also be supporting the development of assurance expertise within the sectors and conducting assurance of bids or projects through the project lifecycle for assigned projects.Day-to-day, you'll:Support the implementation of best practice and consistent assurance approach within the businesses and functionsSupport the delivery of complex projects, programmes and change initiatives through timely, expert assurance and advice, particularly in the business winning and key set-up and implementation phases in order to achieve agreed outcomesBe an ambassador for the Project Lifecycle Framework (PLF); developing the understanding and adoption by the SectorsBuild competence within the P3M Assurers Community through training, engagement, effective and timely communication, harnessing lessons learnt and collaborationDesign, develop and deliver training related to PM assurance in order to improve competence and performance of the PM, Business Winning, Assurance and Delegated Authority communitiesLead the efficient P3M Assurer assignment across the Sectors and internal projectsThis role is full-time, 37 hours per week and we offer flexible, adaptive working options, with typically two to three days working from home.
