The function currently has very limited PMO capability and this is an opportunity to implement a centralised PMO, and potentially grow an established PMO function long term, increasing headcount and taking on managerial responsibility.You will be an experienced PMO Lead with proven knowledge of previously supporting the enhancement of an immature centralised PMO function within an insurance business.
