Job Description
As a
PMO Analyst , you will support the Transformation team to ensure a smooth delivery of projects to the business.
As a
PMO Analyst,
we are looking for someone to:
Support the PMO Lead and PMO Reporting Manager in the creation of reports, papers and MI: gathering & collating input, creating slide decks, documenting outputs etc.
Facilitate meetings, for example RAID reviews, Change Impact Review, Design Authority, Workstream Leads, Leadership Meetings etc.
Monitor of project plans, including feedback to project managers
Update Project Nexus roadmaps to ensure they reflect the current status as reported through the detailed project plans. Liaising with Together PMO to feed inputs into Enterprise Wide Roadmap
Undertake quality assurance activity to maximise the effectiveness of the governance approach, working with Nexus Project teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance Contributing to the Development and maintenance of PMO standards and best practices
Manage project documentation and information and ensuring it is stored in the appropriate place on SharePoint and tracked through document control mechanisms
