Our Client is government organisation delivering essential services at a local level. They are a technology driven organisation, embracing a wide range of transformation projects to drive continuous improvement in all their operational areas.The Role: Support driving improvements across the governance and standards across all aspects of the existing Project Lifecycle Framework, (project initiation documents, budget management, resource allocation etc.)Collect, maintain and report on al project related data across the project portfolio including project statusSupport project delivery governance meetingsCarry out audits on projects adherence to standardsThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:Essential:Between 1 and 3 years' experience of PMO Analysis in a Portfolio Management Office team environment.A commitment to furthering their career within ICT Portfolio PMO AnalysisA broad knowledge of ICT projects delivery lifecycles including Budgets, Resource Allocation, Project Risk Management etc.A broad technical awareness of ICT functions including IT architecture, networks, Cloud and infrastructure etc.A willingness to learn from Senior PMO AnalystsGood User experience and knowledge of using SharePoint and Power BI, (there will be a test around SharePoint experience at the final interview)Willingness and previous experience of largely working from homeWillingness to travel to Oxfordshire office every few months as required.Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise confidently across the team and a wide variety of stakeholders.5+ years UK residency, (with no extended periods outside of the UK), in order to meet the necessary level of security vetting required.** You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have lived and worked in the UK for the last 5 years in order to meet the security vetting required for this role **
