Within Technology we are looking for a PMO Analyst to fulfil a vital role in supporting one of our Product Portfolios. The PMO will for part of the Portfolio Delivery team, supporting the overall goals of the Portfolio to ensure the smooth running of all portfolio Activities. This includes owning Portfolio governance, managing intake and review forums, supporting the proper set up of Agile tooling for the portfolio, as well as coordinating PI planning and other Portfolio activities.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar Project Management Office position, supporting major enterprise level portfolios, with excellent analytical, presentation and reporting skills.

What you’ll do:
Assist the Portfolio D el ivery team by enabling the flow of work through the P ortfolio, managing the pipeline/intake process.

Ensure financial governance is in place, working with the Portfolio D elivery team to ensure costs are fully managed and tracked for all individuals and at an overall portfolio level.

Own the governance for Portfolio ceremonies, including the quarterly Portfolio Planning and attend relevant value stream ceremonies.

Support the set up and onboarding of Jira Align for the Portfolio , becoming the point person for any Jira Align queries.

Manage the co-ordination of all Portfolio Events, including PI planning that may be taking place across multiple locations.

Support the Portfolio Delivery team in discussions, and ensuring all necessary Portfolio documentation and actions are completed , including RAID Logs Etc.

Work with other Portfolio PMO’s to ensure that the Portfolio Events do not c lash with others , and that cadence of planning is maintained .

What you’ll bring:

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar Project Management Office position, supporting major enterprise level portfolios, with excellent analytical, presentation and reporting skills.

Key skills and competencies needed for the role are:

Experienced PMO Analyst with 3-5 years’ experience of RAG reporting, Financial Management , Capacity/Demand Planning, Roadmaps, Financial reporting

Experience working with or coordinating teams working according to Agile methodologies.

Understanding of financial planning at all levels including at a cross-product level.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills , and ability to interfaces across various stakeholder levels.

Experienced proble m solver with excellent analytical skills in a project-based environment

Have a process driven approach, great attention to detail , be self-motivated and well-organised. You will have excellent analysis skills and lots of initiative. You will be someone who thrives in an environment of change and happy to challenge the status quo when appropriate .
