* Oversee and manage plumbing and mechanical duties, including pump overhauls, L8 compliance, servicing of FCUs (Fan Coil Units) and AHUs (Air Handling Units).
* Ensure Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
* Supervise and support a team of skilled plumbers, providing guidance and ensuring high standards of workmanship.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent service delivery.What We Offer:
