Location: Within M25

Salary: �42,000 - �47,000 Basic

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage plumbing and mechanical duties, including pump overhauls, L8 compliance, servicing of FCUs (Fan Coil Units) and AHUs (Air Handling Units).


• Ensure Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.


• Supervise and support a team of skilled plumbers, providing guidance and ensuring high standards of workmanship.


• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent service delivery.
