Your new role�

• Working Mon - Fri, 37.5 hour week, covering a mobile portfolio of 11 residential and commercial sites in Nottingham (all within a small radius of each other)�


• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance and breakdowns.�


• Domestic hot and cold water systems, temperature tests, unblocking toilets and sinks, boilers, changing taps and showerheads, descaling, flushing, water hygiene and any other general building service duties.

What you'll need to succeed

• �Must hold ACS Gas tickets & Plumbing Level 2 as a minimum.


• Must live within a commutable distance of Nottingham region.
