A leading ventilation and heating company with contracts in Commercial premises, currently have a key requirement for a Plumber based in South-West London, paid up to �40k Basic dependant on experience

As the Plumber, you will be: -

• Plumber will carry out regular maintenance and plumbing works
• Plumber will be assisting with blockages, toilet repairs, leaking taps, tap changes, shower head replacements as a few examples
• Plumber will be assisting with other mechanical maintenance such as AHU's FCU's
• Plumber will be paid up to �40K dependant on experience, + package and company benefits + 33 Days Holiday inclusive of bank holidays

Requirements for the Plumber: -

• Plumber to have experience in Commercial Plumbing
• Plumber must have an NVQ/ City Guilds in Electrics level 2 or 3 in plumbing
• Plumber to have strong reactive repairs experience
• Plumber will be put through an enhanced DBS check
• Plumber will work on site 8am - 5pm Mon-Fri
• Plumber will be within easy access to South-West London
